Weak gold body with bad foam. Smells of almost nothing, corn maybe. Taste is sweet corn and vague hops, ends watery with okay carbonation. Boring but some people seem to like these kinds of beers.

Okay beigey foam on a dark brown body. Aroma is soft sharp chocolate with a bit of coffee. Taste is weak chocolate and soft cocoa, and it's all too thin. A little tepid but drinkable I guess.

House amber ale of The Flying Pig chain of restaurants. Okay brown body and some not bad foam. Has soft biscuit aroma, nothing else. Taste is chewy biscuit, some molasses, ends full with lingering brown sugar. Quite decent, and a good crowd pleaser.

House lager of The Flying Pig restaurant chain, brewed by Red Truck. Has good creamy foam on a cloudy yellow body. Aroma is sweet cardboard, some soft yeast. Taste is good cracker and grain, but finishes cloying. An okay house lager I suppose.

Clear deeper copper body and minimal foam. Sort of a funky honeyed turpentine aroma, not bad, better than expected. Taste is a modest hit of caramelly hops and pine with some vague spruce notes. Ends a little flat, not great but okay.
