Clear deeper copper body and minimal foam. Sort of a funky honeyed turpentine aroma, not bad, better than expected. Taste is a modest hit of caramelly hops and pine with some vague spruce notes. Ends a little flat, not great but okay.

Okay clear gold body and modest foam. Soft pine on the nose. Taste is weak pine and soft hops, ends vaguely crisp. Quite tepid.

Good clear deep red body and minimal foam. Soft chewy blackberry on the nose, nothing else. Taste is soft berry, butter notes, smooth but no carbonation. Drinkable but boring. --- Beer merged from original tick of Blackberry Bourbon Ale on 02 Aug 2018 at 03:55 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5. Original review text: Modest red head, okay soft white foam. Soft aroma of soapwater, cherry, red stuff that's not interesting. Flavour is a lot of berry, maybe blackberry, with soft citrus sides and a wet finish. Rather boring and missing anything interesting about it.

Clear gold and minimal foam. Soft hop sweetness aroma, honey grain. Taste is mellow hops, lingering sweet grain, okay carbonation. A little characterless but clean and drinkable.

Can at Ryan's
Pale blond colour, clean. Breadish aroma. Sweetish, not much flavour, but also no evident flaws, very low bitterness. Simple but not offensive.

355ml can. Pours a clear blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Mild aroma of crackery pale malt and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, corn, lemon and herbal hops in a dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not exactly world-class, but clean, refreshing and easy to drink. Good for what it is.

355ml can. Pours a clear orange-amber with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, fig, vanilla, oak, light bourbon and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, vanilla, oak, bourbon and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Smooth, easy drinking. The bourbon is subtle, which is nice.

Sweet, a bit tart as well. It's not bad, light and grainy. So all told, barely drinkable?

Poured from 473mL can. Near clear blonde with quickly dissipating white head. Just a boring lager.

Clear pale gold with a nice white head. Touch of light bread and some green apple. Green apple and light bready notes with a dry finish.
