Amber color, clean, with small head. The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is lean and dry, the malt flavor is caramelly and a bit biscuity; good bitterness level, with some hop resins and bitter citrus peel. In the final the nuttiness blends with a touch of chicory.
Strange choice for a Topaz beer; midway between American Pale Ale and Amber Ale; quite good.

Tap at the brewery. Banana first impression and then second one as well - tastes like a weizenbock Hazy yellow, white ring Not quite clean enough for a triple I’ll take it as a ok wheat bock with a nice hop finish though

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Aroma is balanced between the hops and biscuity caramel malt, specifically resinous hops. Flavour is similarly well-balanced between rich resinous hops and a big caramel malt backing. Good body on this, with everything in harmony. Very good.

Hazy dark amber color with red hue. Aroma of caramel, banana and nutmeg. Good body strength; it has just some plain flavor of caramel, with an impression of banana and raisins; the final is drier, the bitterness quite low; it seriously lack some character. North American interpretation of Belgian styles. Much below the bar of an average Belgian Dubbel. Not bad, but quite boring.
