Amber colour. Woody, slightly grapefruity aroma. Flavour is mainly grapefruit, wood and black currant, with a light underpinning of pale malt sweetness.

Dark caramel-brown. Toasty, cocoa character. Slightly sweet accent. Moderate flavour. A cookie-cutter brown that I’m not getting much out of at all.

Bright dark amber colour. Fruity, slightly toffeeish aroma. Fairly toffeeish - there’s a lot of crystal malt in here. HInts of caramel. Very chewy finish. A real homage to crystal malt.

Barley hazy straw colour. LIghtly fruity aroma (hints of peach, pear). Fairly neutral profile, some pale malts. Not much different than the Blonde, just a bit wheatier in the finish.

Dark red, hazy. Big, oaky, malty aroma rich with fruits. Soft, sweet, winey, oaky with heavy malts and an alcoholic finish. Rich, dry, a bit boozy. This is a big beer but well-balanced.

Original notes: Hazy amber colour. Earthy, caramelly aroma. Chewy palate, a bit toasty, slightly vinous. Toffeeish, rich, long, with a resiny hop finish. Ar 7, Ap 3, Fl 8, P 4, O 15 = 3.7
