Cloudy light tan. Big fresh grapefruity aroma. Lots of bitterness, again grapefruity, pithy. The malts are clean and pale. Nice.

Hazy straw. Aroma is mostly yeasty, in that footy sort of way. Has a lot of coriander and again a fair bit of yeastiness. Sweetish finish. Sort of a clumsy saison.

Hazy dull tan and it looks flat. No head. Aroma is basic kettle sour with subtle berryish fruitiness. Lightly tart, touch of cherry and a touch of brett. Has a gentle, almost sweetish finish, again with a touch of brett showing through.

Bright golden. Not much head. Aroma is mostly peach. Has a fresh peach taste, and it’s fairly well balanced. Some biscuity malts. Quite drinkable...comes pretty much as advertised.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of funky fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of brett yeast, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is mildly funky with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Pint at the brewery - lightly hazy gold - much more restrained and balances than their previous attempts at saison - dry, crackery, crisp - moderate phenolics in the form of white pepper and light basement dustiness - some melon rind - the orange peel adds a mild citric brightness to the finish - mild tropical finish with lingering peppery phenolics - pretty good.
