Tap at GJBF Osaka 2016. Hazy pink with lace. Funky extract-like nose, grapes. Grape flavor mixed with bad homebrew maltiness. Poorly made.

Ume ashigara: Huge head, brownish pour with a big banana bread yeasty aroma. Nice but not ume. Med-light bodied, soft mouthfeel but a good tart sharp ume plum flavor. I really like how this tastes, it is sharp and refreshing.

On tap at the GJBF in Osaka 2014. 5% fluffy huge head of foam, probably near the end of the keg. Cloudy gold . Big fruity citrus nose with light spices. Medium bodied, very sweet citrus lemon/lime taste more a beer cocktail than a beer but nice enough.

Tap at GJBF Osaka 2014. Nose is citrus fruits and ginger. Tart, tangy, somewhat sweet flavor. Fruity orange and some ginger. Decent. Quite refreshing summer beer.

5% on tap at iBrew, ridiculously clear orange gold. The nose is minty ginger. The taste is earthy ginger taste with a bit of a bite to it. Pleasant but not all that beer like, tasty though.

Tap at GJBF 2013. Nice ginger nose, spicy. Light flavor, rather thin malts, ginger. Refreshing and somewhat like a non-alcoholic ginger ale, though not very impressive.

Draught at the Yokohama GJBF 2012. Kind of deep gold, lots of fruit chunks floating in it, fine, high head. Ume nose, not very acidic but slightly, somewhat candyish. Sweet ume flavor, honey, interesting. Still a bit amateurish, but ok.
