Draught @ the brewpub. Sweet (too sweet) and a bit sour kölsch with notes of pear and lime and a herbal bitterness in the end.

Helder lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fris met iets van gras en hooi. Eén van de betere Kölsch, weet alleen niet of dat komt omdat deze volledig Bio is.

Hell hefiger Antrunk mit eher dunklen Hopfennoten. Frisch mit angenehmer Würzigkeit, moderate Bitterkeit, die hinter dem Hopfen bleibt. Würzig grasig, langer Nachhall. Gut. 10/11/11/11/11/11

Bottle courtesy of Koelschtrinker, danke. Clear yellow pour, minimal white head dissipating relatively fast. Nose: more bread crust, esters, some caramel, peer/apple. Mouth: watery, bit syrupy, sweet grainy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo ekologiczne z zamknieciem swing top wyglaa zwyczajnie, dość jasne pianka niewielka, zapach ulotny, w smaku srednia gorycz, slodowosc także, wysycenie trochę większe niż w innych Kolonskich piwach. Widzialem to piwo w sklepie ekologicznym i planowalek kupic i nie kupiłem. Teraz wiem ze niepotrzebnie. Piwo ogolnie przeciętne, nawet mimo ekologicznych skladnikow.

Bottle from a Cologne kiosk. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of light malt, light hop and grain. Quite sweet. Little bitterness. Light body, watery. Average carbonation. Finish is weak sweet malt. Not the best Kolsch.

Bottle from a Cologne kiosk. Shared and enjoyed whilst sat overlooking the Rhein. Pours a cloudy yellow/gold with a decent sized white head. Aroma of caramel, wheat and banana. Medium sweet, little by way of bitterness, very light sourness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Finish is caramel, moderate sweetness, touch soapy. Liked this.

50cl swing top bottle. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, mild hops, cardboard. Taste of mild bitter hops, pale fruits, grains, straw.
