Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, caramelized pale malt. 25-10-16 // 500ml swingtop bottle. Clear golden beer, small white head. Grainy nose. Taste is solid malty, some grains. Quite a nice Kölsch. Smooth.

0.5 l bottle from ’CraftBeer-Dealer.com’, best before November 2016. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly yeasty aroma of hay, lemon zest and orange. Slightly bitter, fruity-grassy and a bit yeasty taste of lemon zest, hay, orange and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy and rather dry finish. Thin body, a bit effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not bad, but quite bland, might have been better when fresh.

Helder lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fris met iets van gras en hooi. Eén van de betere Kölsch, weet alleen niet of dat komt omdat deze volledig Bio is.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo ekologiczne z zamknieciem swing top wyglaa zwyczajnie, dość jasne pianka niewielka, zapach ulotny, w smaku srednia gorycz, slodowosc także, wysycenie trochę większe niż w innych Kolonskich piwach. Widzialem to piwo w sklepie ekologicznym i planowalek kupic i nie kupiłem. Teraz wiem ze niepotrzebnie. Piwo ogolnie przeciętne, nawet mimo ekologicznych skladnikow.
