Bottle. Clear gold featuring a solid white head. Aroma of grains, apples, lemons and basement. Taste of straw, grains, apples and lemons. Fruity finish. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Alright. A tad more grainy and bitter than most Kölschs I know.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minmally grainy, bready, malty aroma, a touch of protein, a weak, fruity touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, grainy, pale malty, a fruity touch of apricot, some protein, mild hop bitterness. Watery texture, smooth and slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice fruity aspects, high drinkability - decent.

Hazy warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light fruity. Light sweet flavour, light sour wheat. Finish wheat, malts. Decent weizen. (from 50cL swingtop bottle @ N.'s place)

gefunden in einem Bio-Supermarkt Es ist ein durchaus gefälliges Kölsch, das auch Bio ist, aber sonst etwas flach rüberkommt. Es lässt sich gut trinken und ist auch ein gut erfrischender Durstlöscher, aber mir fehlt es einfach an Tiefgang.

Bottle, danke Günther. Light Hazy golden, off-white low cream. Light oxidized citric nose. Light bodied, a bit paper, light hay, cardboard finish.
