Description
A long and winding road has led our brewery through many trials and tribulations. This path has included everything from wildfires to a global pandemic. A path that began as sole proprietorship has turned into a partnership. As struggle can create strength, uncertainty can lead to change. Vince Ferracuti and Kevin Robinson have partnered to create Iron Ox Brewing Company. The new name is a representation of that partnership. Vince is the Iron and Kevin is the Ox. Plow Brewing Company is not gone. Rather, it has undergone a metamorphosis into a stronger form. We are very excited about our future and look forward to sharing a beer with you. Come Get Some!!!

Enjoyed this on tap at the brewery during my recent visit to Santa Rosa. Had a flight while there, but this was the standout favorite, so enjoyed a pint of it while there, and brought a crowler home as well to enjoy, which is what I am rating off now. Solid IPA, leaning heavily towards the west coast style. Very nice aroma of citrus hops, a touch of pine. Lots of hop goodness. Smooth flavor, appropriate bite to the bitterness here. Bite pairs well with the slightly creamier body. Lingering pine, and a cool lasting, flavorful finish. Overall, a really enjoyable and impressive IPA. A standout from these guys.
