Aroma has mint chocolate(!) and some chocolate biscuits. Flavour has strong mint chocolate tones and mellow licorice notes. This truly is mint chocolate all the way. Like having an after eight on sunday at Petolahti at 11 AM.

Pours pitch black with a small bubbly head. Aroma of mint chocolate, roasty malts, hints of spices and earthiness. Taste is sweetish, chocolatey and roasty with loads of mint, spices and hints of earthiness. Finish is smooth, sweetish and roasty with loads of chocolate, hints of earthiness. Okay, quite heavy on the mint notes.

Aroma has toffee candy and sweet malt. Also caramel and toasted sugar. Flavour has strong malty tones, candy sugar, toffee and caramel. Also some mellow mint chocolate tones. Just too sweet, quite close to an average belgian dark ale.

Pours reddish brown with a smooth bubbly head. Aroma of sweet ripe fruits, yeast, earthy notes, berries, hints of syrup and malts. Taste is smooth, sweetish and yeasty with some berries, syrup and malts. Finish is sweet and a bit stuffy with some berries and syrup. A bit stuffy and strange.

Bottle 1000ml. w. swing top. [ As Pax Bräu Cissy (Yellow Label) ].Unclear matt medium amber orange color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, riped fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, hoppy, sweet malt, riped fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140508]

Bottle 100cl. w. swing top @ home on the terrace. [ As Pax Bräu Bière Blanche ].Murky matt medium yellow color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity - spicy yeast, coriander notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity - citrus, spicy yeast, minerals - mint, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141004]

Aroma has butter, some cereal, grassy hops and hay. Flavour has strong grassy hops, some herbs, butter, hay and grainy malt. Also some minerals. Grassy and herbal pils.

Aroma has biscuits, English hops and toffee. Also some grass. Flavour has toffee, English hops, grain, mint, grassy hops and some herbal tones. A mix of German pils and British bitter.

Pours orange with a massive head (gusher alert). Aroma of caramely malts, toffee, grassy hops, hints of citrus and earthy notes. Taste is crisp, sweet and malty with some caramel, toffee and grass. Finish is sweetish and malty with some toffee and caramel. Quite malty and sweet for a bitter.
