Optisch helles Gold, Schaum passt. In der Nase getreidig frisch, im Trunk bittersüß, spritzig, fast schon crispy, hinten nochmal bitter. Das nimmt ihm leider etwas die Süffigkeit. Trotzdem gutes Bier.

Große Flasche, tolles Design. Gekauft im lokalen Käseladen :D Optisch toll, schönes Kupfer, ordentlich Schaum, zügige Perlung, Träumchen. Aber am Ende zählt der Zug. Also irgendwie schmeck ich da ganz leicht Rauchmalz raus, auch in der Nase. Aber als Rauchbierfan kein Problem. Beim zweiten Trunk etwas Karamell, dezent bitter, aber irgendwie fehlt mir da ein wenig der Körper. Somit gutes Mittelmaß.

Pax Bräu Solero, 1-l-Flasche vom unersetzlichen Hopfen & Malz im versifften Wedding. - Goldgelb, schwach trüb; schöner pilstypischer Schaum. - In der Nase sehr aromatische, fein exotisch zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, tropische Frucht, Anklänge an Tabak, eingebettet in sauber untergäriges helles Malz. - Antrunk weich und recht füllig hellmalzig mit aromatischer, tropisch-zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung, Mango, Zitronenschale, Gras. Satter Malzkörper mit Honig und Anklängen an Vanillezucker aber wenig süß. Milder rezent, nicht sortentypisch schlank. Im Abgang leicht trocken und aromatisch zitrusfruchtig-grasig hopfenherb mit hopfenwürzigem Nachtrunk. - Sehr schmackhaftes Kellerpils, fülliger im Malz und unkonventionell gehopft aber sehr überzeugend. 1L bottle @ Timo A, BBE 08/2022 Aroma has strong spiciness. Flavour has grain, spiciness and mild fruits. Also toffee. Feels like those spice bombs sold in christmas season.

1L bottle @ Timo A, bottled 18.7.2012, BBE 12/2022 Aroma has grain, peaches, hay. Feels like a golden ale. Flavour has grain, minerals, mild fruitiness. Slightly unpleasant finish, perhaps hops are a bit old.

1L bottle @ Timo A, bottled 18.12.2021, BBE 07/2022 Aroma has chocolate, hayish malt and some licorice. Flavour has chocolatey malt, salty licorice and mild hay tones. Flavour has quite a lot stout-like elements; im blind tasting I'd take this is an imperial stout.

1L bottle @ Timo A. Bottled 24.10.2022, BBE 05/2022 Aroma has dark fruits, toffee and sweetish malt. Also chocolate. Flavour has toffee, some dark fruits and muod chocolate tones. Also bready malt and ash in the finish. Straightforward.
