Draught at the brewpub, on January 28, 2012Marked on the board as 6.3% ABV, though currently on ratebeer as 7%, I figured this rating should be here though.Cloudy amber to orange color, fluffy off-white to amber head. A bit sweet, bitter, mineral taste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Hoppy and some alcohol scent.

Draught at the brewpub, on January 28, 2012Hazy copper to brown color, tan head. Cream, strawberry, fruity, red berry taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness, though pretty well balanced. Cream, alcohol, berry scent. (My friend said she clearly found ginger in the beer, though I know I have a hard time feeling ginger, so I don’t know).

A golden amber with a thick creamy white head. In aroma, a beautiful pungent floral hops, citrus pulp. In mouth, a good caramel malt with resinous floral hops, citrus notes, not bad. On tap at the brewpub, Dec. 28 2011.
