Can thanks to Jerry aka Jamie: Poured a golden with a white whispery head. Aroma is sweet, honey, grain. Taste is similar with sweet honey.

2015 bottle that's languished in the back of my cellar for too long. Pours black, with a small, fleeting, beige head. The nose is black cherry, peat, lots of funk, and light coffee. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, tart kick. Medium body, with a syrupy, lightly acidic, and drying mouthfeel. This is a musty, complex, and sharp sour. Fun, but probably aged too long.

From a 375 ml bottle. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of toffee and caramel. Flavors of oak and whiskey. Surprisingly light bodied while still imparting a bit of booziness.

Coconut and roast like a campfire in the Caribbean. Brown pour with decent head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Bottle.

On tap at Colorado Plus, in a flight. Dark, clear orangish-brown, with a small, white ring. Nose is toast, caramel, and floral hops. Sweet, with a mild, bitter bite. Light to medium body, crisp, grainy, and clean. This is a solid, mildly hopped amber. Tasty.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with small off white head. The aroma is funk, oak, cherry skin, and dark fruits. Medium body, oak, vinegar, leather, very sour, good.

22oz bomber. Hazy orange body. Foamy white head, quite steady. Clove, spicy yeast in the aroma. Not unlike a Belgian Singel. Light on the palate, easy going. Kind of earthy too, an odd beer stylistically. A unique blonde offering for sure, and while murky in style, it goes down pretty easy. OK.

First off, think of this as a Coconut Dunkel and you will be closer. Deeper than I would have anticipated unfiltered brown body. Thin beige head. A pretty awesome Dunkel, then given more depth and flavor with the coconut. Works really well here, more so than say a Coconut Porter or Stout. Quality brew all around. Innovative. Fun. Well executed.
