Draught. Pale colour, hazy. Aroma is very wild, with lots of hay - which makes the beer original, but not very drinkable. Light bitterness, not sweet. Soft carbonation.

Draught. Dark brown colour, quickly diminishing head, good lacing. Aroma is hay, with something unusual and herbal in the finish (I don’t think it’s hops). Light bitterness, not sweet, not sour. Medium carbonation. Overall - good.

25cl on tap at the brewpub. Clear amber with a white head. Quite anonymous aroma, some grainy notes and hints of honey, but fairly weak. Medium sweet with light grainy flavour with hints of honey and some bitterness in the finish. Fair enough.

25cl on tap at the brewpub. Almost clear golden with a rather small, white head. Grainy and fruity aroma with notes of yeast, hints of spices and cooked vegetables. Medium sweet wit a fairly light bitterness. Medium to light body, easy to drink, but also boring.
