On tap at the Syracuse Holiday Brewfest Dec.04 2004. Mocha Porter. Red brown ale with a sweet chocolate aroma. Nice light chocolate notes and coffee beans. Light bodied but good. Lactic points.

TAP- Clody pale ale, with very nice hops in nose. Lighter in bodied, lacking some malts, and maybe overcabonated.

Nice brown colour with almost no head. The smell was pretty malty, chocolate and definately some coffee mixed in. The taste was pretty nice, bittering from the coffee flavours, sweet from the chocolate and savory from the nuttines. Not a bad beer at all, and one of the better browns i've had recently (not typically one of my favourite styles). I had this on tap at MacGregor's in Rochester, New York.

Great colour and a very large pale white head. Great hoppy smell full of the other APA characters. A defintely full flavoured beer full of hop characters. A really balanced APA which anyone should definately try! Tasted at MacGregor's on Tap in Rochester, New York.

Very dark for the style; astringent, harsh vegetal notes; overly roasted and I'm not sure what these notes are doing in a brown ale.

Ok, if light, example of the style; toasty malt flavours are the focus, with an off-dry finish. Rather standard example.

Amber, Cascade aroma; lot of bitterness; not sure if this couldn't do with some more malts.
