Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. Did they forget the malt?

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of my cousin Martin. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head. Some chicory in the nose. Thin body, somewhat metallic, hardly any malt with a slight cereal touch. Again chicory. Absolutely no bitterness. 230511
