Casi negra, opaca, de bonita espuma beige. Aroma a chocolate y notas ahumadas. En boca es oleosa, ligera de cuerpo, algo punzante de gas. Buen sabor, de carácter bastante ahumado, maltas tostadas y chocolate.

Bottle. Brown pour, off-white head. Nose and taste are roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate. Closes with earthy-coffee finish, has light body and average carbonation. Pretty aight altogether.

Bottle brought back from Madeira. Brownish copper pour, beige head. Nose is sweet and moderately funky sour notes of booze, candid sugar, dark chocolate and dried fruits. Taste is sweet upfront, booze and sugar, then appear some chocolate and earthy notes and closes with some funky sweet character. Light to medium body, soft to normal carbonation. Interesting brew, it’s like a mixture of a stout and a sour plus some Belgian sweet character. I very much dig it.
