Draft at Pigs Ear Fest. Cocoa is readily apparent from the start, blending wonderfully with the roast grains for a nice semi-swett flavor. Kind of a dull pour, but more than enough flavor to make up for it. Finishes bittersweet, split right down the middle.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours brown with a creamy, off-white head. Mild toasted malts in the nose, a little cocoa, melodic sweet flavour with rounded dark malts, more copycat dried berries, a little burnt earth. Melding bodied wo he fine carbonation. Finishes with some slathers berries, chocolate, light rosy, baking cocoa. Quite solid.
