Draft - Piny Skunky hops, very fresh. Cloudy gold with nice rich beige head. Piny hops, with an upfront bitter hit and tropical fruit in the finish. Bitterness is a bit much for me.

This is a pitch black beer with a thick rust colored head and a rich meaty aroma of chocolate and coffee. It is medium to light bodied while the flavor is a bit intense - bitter dark chocolate, 70% cacao, some umami savoriness and roasted coffee in the finish. It is a porter that won’t let you down.

Named after the Japanese fighter plane and made specifically for the Japanese market I believe. It pours a light copper gold with a foamy white head. The aroma is an enticing fruity hoppiness with some dank resinous earthy notes lurking in the background. The taste is an initial burst of fruits which slowly segways into a clean earthy bitter pine & a dash of spice. A refreshingly approachable IPA.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of brett, lemon zest, and a little chlorine. Flavour brings out lemon zest, a touch of brett, and every so slightly chlorinated note. Almost apple juice-y, with a dry bretty finish. Decent berliner.
