Galmegi ipa 6.5% 65 IBU A copper gold with a thick dense off-white head of foam. The nose is resinous pine - classic ipa aroma. Fairly full bodied with a raspy carbonation. The taste is bitting pine bitterness that has a woodsy character. Solid stuff though I prefer my IPAs more fruity.

Pumpkin Brown 5.6% 24 IBU Dense matte brown with a great spicy nose of cinnamon, nutmeg and fruity pumpkin. Great balanced aroma. Medium-full bodied with a round mouthfeel. The taste is bang on what I like in a pumpkin beer: nutty, brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin, sweet - great and easily the best pumpkin beer I’ve had made in Asia.

White lilies ipa 6.7% 60 IBU Clear gold pour with a pungent resinous, mint and citrus aroma. Raspy carbonation on a medium body. The taste is green bitter herbal citrus hop flavors with a dose of mint. Pleasing aftertaste.

Espresso Vanilla Stout A brown so deep it is rendered black with a ruby edge in the light. Sweet vanilla & lactose in the nose entices. Medium bodied with a chewy mouthfeel. The taste is sugary sweet with vanilla and roasted oats plus a dose of chocolate. After the subdued nose the flavor is really nice. Solid.

Black jindo imperial stout 9% 50 IBU imperial milk stout roasted on oak chips. Pitch black with a beige head, served in a snifter. Rich fruity dark chocolate aroma. Med-full bodied with a big sweet roasty and chocolatey lactic sweetness. Sweetly balanced tangy darkness. Full to medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Very sweet.

Mosaic IPA A lovely golden copper with a big yeasty fruity nose. Medium-full bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The flavor has a balance hop-malt characters a very solid beer.

May 2015 ---- Red Devil Rye PA 7% 75 IBU A deep cloudy Amber brown with a subtle aroma of earthy rye with light piney hoppiness. Soft & medium bodied. The flavor gives malty caramel, a bit of tang & some buttery diacetyl then finishes with some rye and a mild hop bite. OK. Once it warms up the hops grow more bitting & complex giving it an added resinous funk & pine quality which balances it out a bit more - nice. 3.3
Jan 2016 ---- Deep Amber pour with a light beige head. Spicy rye, bright fruity citrus hoppiness in the aroma. Earthy rye, bitter malts but not so complex. Alright but after the aroma the flavor was dull compared to the bright hops. As it warmed up the flavor got more perfumey which was a nice surprise. 3.4

Saebom sour 3.5% 10 IBU pale gold with a white head. Spicy aroma with a hearty dose of coriander. Clean crisp herbal sour tart wheaty goodness. Very tart spicy & salty a nice Berliner Weisse that is spice forward.

Made with the heady topper Conan yeast to celebrate Galmegi's first anniversary. Made with mosaic, centinnel, nugget & citra. Supremely balanced you don't feel the ABV at all. The taste is somewhat biscuity malts with prickly fruity hoppiness. Great stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
