Bottle, 5.1%. OK malty aroma, vinous touch. Clear yellow coour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is quite malty, sweet, almost sugary, especially for a pilsener. It says Exportbier on the back label, that is perhaps more accurat. Chalky finish with a touch of bread. Quite good, but could have been less sweet and/or more bitter.

Bottle from MichaelAwesome - thank you! Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, wit some hoppy and farty notes. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with mild, bitter touches of hops. Sweetish, estery aftertaste. Drinkable but rather strange for a Pilsener. Way too sweet.

Zimtiger Beginn mit leichten Vanillenoten. Fruchtige Noten, die man nicht unbedingt mit Johannisbeere in Verbindung bringt. Karamell, minimale Herbe. Interessant und durchaus rund. 11/8/9/8/6/8

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Smooth and sweetish-fruity beginning. Easy to drink, fresh and not too sweetish. The cassis aroma is round and refreshing, the beer is there wit malty-grainy bitter hints. The spices are round and smooth. Caramell, a bit perfumed spices, apples, black currant, fascinating mix. The aftertaste is malty with bitter hints and dark sweetish cassis aroma. Fruity without being too sweetish or too artificial. Great mix - even cold!
