(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a huge and persistent foamy, eggshell-coloured head. Moderately sweet, slightly wheaty and sour fruity aroma (apricot, citrus). Light-sweet with a little sourness, light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty-fruity taste with a moderate wheat-character; soft malty, slightly sour-fruity finish. Decent quality.

(bottle) Almost clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized, non-persistent foamy white head. Slightly sweet and a bit worty, grainy nose with a soft herbal touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium body, smooth mouthfeel. Unspectacular but quite rounded malty, grainy base with a soft herbal hoppy part; moderately dry, malty, slightly bitter hoppy finish. Likeable Brotzeit beer.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy blond foamy head, leaving beautiful lace work. Dusty, light-sweet and a bit soapy malt aroma with herbal and slightly metallic hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mf. Short initial malty taste with a harsh bitterness; dry, bitter and herbal hoppy finish, also a bit short and slightly watery. Not very balanced and disappointing by Franconian standards..
