Flasche (50 cl) vom Getränkemarkt Zisch in Karlstadt. - Orangegelb, fast klar. - In der Nase schöner zitrusfruchtiger fränkischer Hopfen. - Antrunk dito, zart karamelmalzig und mild aber aromatisch zitrusfruchtig gehopft. Mild rezent, leicht mineralisch, trocken. Im Abgang schön trockene Kellerbier-Elemente. - Alles andere als ein fad süßlich-malziges Münchner Helles: das ist ein mild aber aromatisch gehopftes Frankenlager. Delikat!

Sehr trübe dunkel goldgelbe Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, gering Gewürznelke, Blumenwiese. Geschmack hefig, gering säuerlich malzig, gering phenolisch fruchtig, florale Aromen, interessant, gut!
