(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Yeasty, grainy malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of citrus and a whiff of cloves. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a tame carbonation. Slightly grainy and quite worty malty aroma with a touch of wheat, mildly fruity notes of banana and citrus; sweet and a bit sticky malty finish. Almost amateurish. 28.VII.17

(swing top bottle) Hazy, deep amber to brown colour with a beige and firm medium-sized foamy head. Toasted malty aroma with notes of chocolate and caramel, also slightly leafy with delicately fruity accents in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim and mildly toasted malty taste with hints of caramel and shades of chocolate, as well as subtle fruity notes; almost dry and quite slim toast-malty finish with a restrained level of bitterness. Drinkable but style-wise not really convincing. 05.VII.17

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with blond and loose mid-sized frothy head. Delicately grainy malty aroma with notes of white bread, yeasty spots and a whiff of floral, subtle fruity and spicy hops. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Almost hearty malty start with cautious grainy notes, backed by subtle fruity and mildly fruity hops; sweet malty and delicately bitter hoppy finish. Might be a good session beer. 02.VII.17

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized frothy head. Slightly yeasty, grainy malty aroma with floral, subtle fruity and delicately spicy hops. Mildly bitter flavour, rather light bodied/”hochvergoren” with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty base with grainy and yeasty spots with slightly fruity and floral hops in the background; dry and slim, mildly hop bitter finish with a fruity edge and a delicately malty sweetness, giving some balance. Likeable, fresh summer Pils. 02.VII.17

Buegelverschlußflasche: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, medium-sized creamy and lacy off-white head; clean caramelly and very delicate toasty nose, hops are hard to find; mild to moderate sweet flavour with light bitter spots, nearly medium bodied, pretty soft; slightly hoppier , but all in all a sweetish malty finish. A clean malty brew, so far the best product from Pfarrbräu...

Buegelverschlußflasche: Golden, cloudy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing loose white head; fruity-grainy nose with - presumably - first sourish traces of infection; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; moddrate bitter-grainy finish again with that certain fruitiness. Not undrinkable...

Buegelverschlußflasche: Pale golden, hazy, small and stable creamy white head; mild to moderate grainy-fruity nose with shy traces of spicy hops in the background; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty soft, light to medium bodied;slightly lingering hoppier and spicier bitter-malty-fruity finish. Not too bad...
