Hazy gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth airy palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, a light and pleasing creamy sweetness. Mild hop spice and a little smooth pine. Soft tropical fruits, peachy and mango. Mild but spicy citrus. Smooth finish. Spicy fruity finish. Nice. Very drinkable.

On tap at Hoppy Corner, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of hibiscus and tart lime, with gentle lacto in back. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of lime and hibiscus upfront, followed by plenty of lacto. Tart, floral, and spicy finish. Pleasant stuff.

On tap at Hoppy Corner, pours black with a large tan head. Aroma brings out a good balance of earthy, piney hops, and dry roast. Flavour is robust, with a great balance of roasted malt and piney hops. The roast and hops are really beautifully balanced. Skillfully done. Excellent.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 15th November 19 Paris. Pours clear. Aroma is tropical, of coconut, I assume the cedar wood, almost Sorachi, taste follows, I like it, citrus, tropical and aromatic wood, dry and light bitter, woody finish, will split opinion
