Description
After borrowing other peoples breweries for some years, Beerhere had found quite a following of beer drinkers around the world, that enjoyed beer a little outside the normal styles, while still maintaining high drinkability and the omissions of too many silly ingredients and gimicky BS. So at a certain point it was time to build our own brewery on the island of Bornholm. We found an old fishing factory right on the harbour of a little fishing village and in the summer of 2015 our first beer was released. The brewery is shared with our other brand Penyllan, which focuses on wild fermentation and barrel aging.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a diminished off-white head. Dark breadish malty and fruity dense aroma. Yeasty too. Sweet caramel malty, smooth roasted malty, nicely hoppy counterbalance. Mild yeasty presence and lovely caramel and breadish roasted malty presence. Lasting fruity impression of yeasty, solid roasted malt, quite hoppy and lingering warmth from the alcohol. Well done.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge, dense, creamy and white head. Aroma is mild orange fruity, spiced yeasty and vague caramel malty, extremely pleasant and inviting triple aroma. Flavour is smooth, nicely complimented by a smooth mouthfeel. Light sweet initial impression followed by a nice yeasty mellowness and subdued phenolic accents. The yeast really give life to the complexity and stunning smoothness in this brew. Light presence of coriander and orange peel. Smooth caramel malt slowly lingering into a nice and mellow finish with a mild reappearing orange peel note nicely complimenting the hops impressions. Mild spiced and herbal touch into the very far finish, complimented by classic tripel-yeast phenolic notes as the beer heats up. Slowly building bitterness providing a new twist to the tripel experience. Lovely! Iβm extremely impressed by the balance and smooth palate of this tripel.

(Draught at Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Pale orange. Hazy. Medium sized dense white head. Lots of grapefruit in also otherwise fruity nose. Medium bodied and dry palate that is also crisp and little bit burning, medium carbonation. Grapefruit, lots of it, bitterness, fruitiness, sweetness, malts, ginger and piny flavours in taste. Grapefruit in aftertaste. Relly super IPA:

Draught at Bishops Arms Vasagatn, Stockholm. Cloudy reddishgolden, rich head. Rich aroma of citric sweaty gooseberry. Salty, fruity and dense. San Diego-style, oaded withsweaty aromatic hops and straightforward clean mouthfeel malt that only acts as support to the driving hops. Finishes with intense bitterness. Quality all the way!

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small off-white head. Fresh aroma of citrus and peach. Medium-bodied, a little sweet fruits but otherwise dominated by very dry aroma hops thhat leave quite some bitterness. A very good IPA, but as Ungstrup said - very little Christmas here. 131208

Golden color; very big head, compact. Nice hoppy aroma, fruity too, oranges. Very good toffee flavor, creamy; it has a strong hopping, dry, resiny; but it would be nicer if it had some more sweetness and fruits at the end. Very good.
2008-11-28, draught at Γlbaren, Copenhagen, 9-4-7-5-15=40
Hazy golden color. It has an impressive hop aroma, changing: pine needles, fruits, lemon, earthy and finally a lot of hop resins. It has a medium body, with toffee flavor, driven to the dry side by the hops, and just the minimum sweetness required for this beer; and on top of this, a giant hopping, extremely aromatic, with earthy resins (manure) and bitter oranges. If you like hop juices, this is excellent.
