Cloudy blond color, compact head. Very nice aroma, very fruity; medley of citrus fruits, peach, passion fruit. Dry mouthfeel, with a nice acidity level; mix of fruits, tropical, citrus, pineapple, kalamansi, and a bit of astringency in the final. Seriously good.

On the 10th anniversary of Alibi Room. Pours a cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma is piney hops with wild notes similar fermented cabbage. Taste is sour, again similar to fermented cabbage, piney hops. Sour, fermented cabbage aftertaste. Good balanced. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of such beer :-)

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with an orange tint and a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto tartness with a citrusy hopping quality. Flavour is complex, with loads of lacto, citrus and ample hopping to balance. This is wonderfully constructed. Excellent.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
The color is almost black, with beige head. Mild aroma, dark malts, a bit earthy. Dry mouthfeel, dark malts flavor, a bit dusty and earthy, with strong bitterness, but no apparent hop qualities.
Not as roasty as a Schwarzbier, not as hoppy as a CDA, the closest thing I can think about is simply am American Dark Lager.
Not bad, just rather boring and uninspired, in line with most other BC collaboration beers (VCBW, Pink Boots…).

Hazy to cloudy blond color, compact head. The aroma is not bad, mildly spicy, but the flavor comes with a mild sourness that doesn’t blend well with the spicy yeast and the relatively strong bitterness. Lightly vegetable too.
Not a bad beer, a bit confused, not harmonious.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a medium beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, a little roast and some moderate piney dry hopping. Flavour is well-balanced between dry roasted / toasted malt and dry piney hops. Fairly dry, with a slight spicy punch. Good stuff.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus zest, rustic farmhouse notes and some harsh hoppiness. Flavour is along the same lines, being a hop forward saison, with citrus zest, rustic farmhouse notes and floral notes. A bit abrasive and completely inauthentic, but reasonable done. Meh.
