Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Cloudy red amber color with small head. Sour aroma, lemon and lactic acid. The acidity is quite strong, the mouthfeel is too dry, so the cherry is a bit lost, it’s mostly lemony, and it has some wheaty yeast. Short final with very light fruity notes.
Aggressive but purposeless, just a sour drink.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours an opaque reddish orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, some balsamic, and a little wood. Flavour is quite tart and citric, with lots of tart cherries, fairly sharp acidity, and a healthy dose of balsamic. A little too acidic, but it's well-balanced and quite drinkable. Nothing remarkable, but competently put together.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with some bitter notes. Taste is a mix between fresh green citrusy notes and a fair bit of bitterness with light biscuit malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but more bitterness then I usually liked in my IPAs.

Dark brown color. Fairly smoked Ham nose with chocolately nose. Fairly decent smoked malt chocolate.

On cask at Yellow Dog, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out pungent strawberries upfront - not much hint of anything else, including the citra. Flavour is more rounded, with strawberries upfront, followed by some dankness from the citra. Dry finish, with a fruity dank finish. Not entirely cohesive but it's pleasant. My rating reflects this version

Citra Strawberry cask version
On cask at Darby's, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out fresh strawberries that drown out everything else. Flavour is pretty much the same, with fresh strawberries upfront characterizing this one, maybe some biscuity malt in back somewhere. Pleasant for what it is but not especially good.

Mosaic Strawberry cask version
On cask at Darby's, pours a cloudy opaque bright peachy range with a medium white head. Nose screams with strawberries upfront, with maybe a touch of tropical fruits in back. Flavour is less potent, with muted strawberries upfront, bitter floral hops and some light tropical fruity notes. Quite an astringent bitterness on the finish. Not very clean or cohesive. This one is a miss.

Draft - Soft caramel notes and a light touch of grain. Clear dark amber with a decent white head. Light sweet caramel some raisin and some grain. Very average.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, some acidity, and light zesty citrus fruits. Flavour is very wild tasting with various wild yeasts in harmony, including brett and lacto. Very yogurty quality from the lacto, tempted well by the brett. Secondary notes of citrus. Complex and cohesive. Really nice.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out notes of toasted coconut and a touch of roast. Flavour is along the same lines, with a fairly pronounced roasted malt base upfront, with just a bit of coconut further underneath that becomes more expressed as you drink more. Soft palate with just enough carbonation. Simple coconut porter with nothing really wrong with it - just lacking complexity and character. Decent.
