Reddish amber colour. Has that basic "thin Belgian" character with a dash of cranberry. Not much body, character or complexity. Disappointing foray into uncharted waters for this otherwise promising young brewery.

Cask at Alibi Room, Vancouver, dry hopped with Mosaic
Cloudy amber color with large frothy head. Balanced IPA, with good malt profile, some yeast character, strong animal hops (the Mosaic) and a light fruity touch (the pineapple).

Canette 473ml, gracieuseté de FondueVoodoo, Thanks Damon! Couleur orange foncé translucide, mousse beige aéré ayant une bonne tenue. Arôme de pamplemousse, houblon résineux, malt, gazon, blanc de pamplemousse. Goût de houblon résineux, malt, agrumes, amertume moyenne-faible, soupçon d’oignon en arrière-goût. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver, on nitro
Hazy light red color with nitro head. You will be drinking a bit of watery juice mixed with a lame beer, with a side of papier maché (wet paper), no bitterness, short final, timid refreshing elements. And just to be sure that nothing good happens, it’s on nitro.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out a good mix of Belgian yeast and fresh apricots. Flavour follows suit with a very yeasty profile, with light juiciness from the apricot presence. Not very cohesive but it's acceptable. Too much of a yeasty mess. Meh.

Draft - Fruity esters, some apricot and vegetal notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sweet banana notes with that bit of vegetal and estery notes. Maybe there is something in the yeast they are using, but I don’t like their saisons at all.

Draft - Nice green aromatic hops, touch of lime and some yeasty notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet orange, mandarin and a light yeast profile. Solid and is pretty much what you expect.
