Sampled cask conditioned at the Danish Beer Festival.
Cloudy orange. Rich grapefruity cascade hop aroma. Medium sweet and medium bodied with long bitter finish wher grapefruit is predominant. The sample I had still felt a bit raw, and given enough time to condition this is a beer with great potential. Already as it was it is a really good ale.

Sampled cask conditioned at the Danish Beer Festival.
Cloudy reddish brown. Grassy, flowery hop aroma. Sweet, soft and strikingly hoppy. Salty, bitter finsh with notes of licorice. Still slightly young and raw, and would gain from a few weeks more conditioning.

2011-07-26, draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, 6% ABV, 7-4-7-4-14=36
Hazy golden color; creamy head. The aroma is initially hoppy, then also some manure (light rubber too). Lean body, with a quite good malt and toffee flavor, followed by a correct degree of bitterness; the hop qualities are present but timid. Strong bitterness.
Quite pleasant overall.

2007-11-25, bottle , 5.9% ABV, 6-4-7-4-13=34
Cloudy orange to light amber color; too much sediment in the bottle. The aroma is not too strong, with dusty cereals and some fruity hop. Good body structure, with a strong toffee flavor and a very strong bitterness; it’s also a bit metallic in the beginning. Very long final. The hop is strong, but contributes more to the toffeish flavor than with other aromatic oils. Not impressive.

2003-05-10, Cask Conditioned, 5.5% ABV, 9-5-8-5-17=44
Cloudy orange-amber color. Very nice hop aroma, fresh, like the cones. Good taste, quite malty and a lot hoppy; maybe too much yeast… Long palate, an explosion of hop; strong and aromatic.

A dark orange beer - not quite pale. It has a small head - OK for a cask conditioned beer. The aroma is a very faint fruit aroma. The flavor is sweet, prickling with a rounded flatness and notes of orange and malt. A fine but not special flavor.

A orange unclear beer with a fine head for a cask conditioned beer. The aroma is fruity with notes of orange. The flavor is very nice with notes of orange, fruit, and flowers. It ends on a great bitterness - from a good bitter hop.
