500 ml can from the Kaldea set. Nose is chocolate and caramel, dark bread, herbal hops. Very dark brown, almost black, with a medium brown head. Malty, bready, not too sweet, dark chocolate, light caramel, slightly fruity, touch of licorice, cola. A touch roasted. Not a traditional dunkel but ok.

Can, an Aldi/ Kalea box. Dark brown with a fading cm of tan head. Aroma of coffee and mild roast with some caramel and spices. Quite a bit of body and presence with some chocolate as well as coffee. the roast is a bit firmer than guessed too and there's fairly snappy bitter finish. Halfway - but no more - to Schwarzbier and pretty good for it.
