Taster at the brewpub, Seoul. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- salt, citrusy, pickled cucumber, coriander, lightly pepper. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly salty, lightly sour, slightly peppery, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very tasty.

Taster at the brewpub, Seoul. Cloudy, almost black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, earthy, chocolate, caramel, Christmas chocolate bonbons. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, caramel, chocolate, coffee, earthy, pralines. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Taster at the brewpub, Seoul, as Yuzu Ale, 4.2% abv. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- strong and nice yuzu, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit sour, moderately bitter, yuzu, floral. Light to medium bodied. Good.

Taster at the brewpub, Seoul. Almost clear, pale amber colored. AROMA- pale plum, caramel, citrusy, spicy. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, moderately bitter, caramel, a bit fruity, spicy and floral. Light to medium bodied. Not so good.

Taster at the brewpub, Seoul. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- alcohol, plum distilled hard drink, wooden barrel. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, harsh alcohol, touch of berries. Light bodied. Something wrong's here.
