Taster at the brewpub, Seoul. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, touch of citrus, some alcohol, peach. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, floral, flowery, touch of fruit and alcohol. Light to medium bodied. Good.

Amazing Brewing Twilight APA 4.5% Amber color with light beige foam with a big malty pine aroma. The taste is piney and malty. This is an old school APA, very west coast. Ok.

On tap at Amazing Brewing, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roast and light raspberry. Flavour actually brings out a nice incorporation of the raspberry on top of the roast. It's not the most intense impie but the raspberry doesn't clash or add too much—or any?—tartness. A fruited stout that works.

On tap at Amazing Brewing, pours a deep dark orange brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted chestnuts, bready malt and toasted caramel — hint of vegetal notes. Flavour is a bit weird, with sweet caramel, vegetal notes, toasted chestnuts, and bready notes. Sweet and vegetal. This doesn't seem exactly well-calibrated but there's a good barleywine underneath somewhere.

On tap at Amazing Brewing, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma smells artificial as hell, with fake green grape soda character -- the hell? Flavour is just vile, with absurdly sweet artificial green grapes. Why would you brew this? Sweet fake soda pop beer.

On tap at Amazing Brewing, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some pine, and bready caramel malt. Flavour has a nice hop expression, with resinous and piney hops, balanced by bready malt. Good balance, assertive hops, and clean. Good stuff.

On tap at Amazing Brewing, pours a hazy amber orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma is full of pumpkin spices, with cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin pur�e. Flavour is spicy, with nutmeg, gentle cinnamon and a thin bready malt base. Very nutmeg-heavy with a thin body on the finish. Not what I want in this style — a spice bomb.
