Cask at GBBF 2016, Day 1 - London. Pours deep gold with a foamy, mostly white head. Great snout, with ample citrusy hops. Nice flavour, with moderate sweetness, rindy bitterness, certainly some zesty citrus character, orange and grapefruit. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with fain warmth, more zesty citrus. Good one.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter woody aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty hoppy bitter woody bourbon caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter woody bourbon caramel finish.

Keg at Malmo Tap Room, 13/08/16. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is light roast, sweet notes, hazlenut, candied sweets, chocolate, peanut butter notes. Taste comprises sweet malts, chocolate, biscuit, nutty, peanut butter, light roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough stout.

Keg at BD Soho, 30/09/16. Rich golden amber with a well appointed egg shell white head. Nose is caramel malt, bitter orange, biscuit, straw, toasted grains, grapefruit esters. Taste comprises orange pith, light perfume, caramel malt, toffee, toasted bread, orange rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, moderate hop bitterness in the close. Ok IPA ... A little old skool but we’ll balanced.

Bomber from Final Gravity in Roseville. Pours gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of sour wood and red berries. Med body. Flavor is a bit sweet red berry, a bit sour wood. Quite smooth. It’s not sweet/tart. Yet both aspects play. Very berry. That seems to be the sweet. Good stuff.

Tap at Final Gravity in Roseville. Pours gold with white head. Bready aroma. Near med body. Flavor is bready with very light hop. Refreshing - tho mostly bready, but enough (arguably noble) hop to get in some bitter..

Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light creamy sweetness. Bitterish citric peel - orange peel. Mild hop spice. Touch of mango. More orange peel on the finish. Pretty good, nice balance.
