Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours dark brown with a slight beige/tan head. Aroma of rye and coffee. Near full bodied. Flavor is coffee, rye and bourbon with a chocolate note and some earthiness. Nice drink, especially considering the ABV.

Pour is a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is of a nice dank hop with some fresh cut grapefruit. Flavor is again a fresh citrus hop with pickled onion and a bit of sweet caramel malt to give this some body. The sweetness is there but nothing over the top. Finish is plenty bitter and leaves a nice hop coating on the tongue. Nothing wrong with this beer, the hops shine and the malt is minimally sweet.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is very mixed fruit. Grape seems isolatable. Also seems quite floral. Med body or so. Flavor is hop forward. Fruits, something not, but like, earth, light lemon, some white grape. It’s a tasty melange of hops supported by malt that keeps out of the way. Might be unique. I’m really liking the (to me) newness of the hop mix. And way down in the finish something is saying "I’m trying to be dank". Good luck to it.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brown with a light tan head. Aroma of ginger, cinnamon and treacle. Med body or so. Flavor is ginger, treacle/brown sugar and cinnamon. It’s not exactly dry, but there seems to be no bitter. Ginger and spice make up the hop equivalent here. Helps cure the cookie yearning.

Bottle shared by Matt. I admit I was not expecting much, but this surprised. Pours opaque black, small brown head, some lacing. Aroma is bourbon and rich chocolate, vanilla and roasted malts. Flavor is fully sweet, light plus bitter, heavy chocolate, vanilla, bourbon. Full body, creamy, somewhat hot, but not out of character for a 16% beer. A nice desert sipper and a great way to "cleanse" the palate on what was otherwise a night of sours.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Opaque black color, huge fluffy off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, lightly milk chocolate, lightly (Dutch) "hopjesvla". Taste malts, again milk chocolate and hopjesvla (which I hate) and decently bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ Beer Temple, medium sample. Hazy dark brown color, short creamy head. Loads of vanilla and bourbon coming through, milk chocolate, mocha, some roast and coffee. Quite sweet in taste, soft roasty bitterness, vanilla, slight cookie and alcohol from bourbon. Rich, creamy, tasty.
