Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy amberish gold with a slight off-white head. Aroma is like a nose full of evergreen. Almost cedarish. Full bodied. Flavor is a mix of roast caramel and resin hop. Usually it’s a 1,2 for me, but this time it’s simultaneous. It’s very hoppy and bitter, and there’s a hop burn. But it’s not harsh. Extremely tasty.

Bottle. Pours gold with white head. Nose and taste of grapefruit, spicy hop, perfume, caramel malt and pine/resin. Lots of spice. Bone dry finish. A bit abrasive. Medium body.

Bottle. Pours black with thick brown head. Nose and taste of roasted chocolate malt, roast coffee, toasted hazelnut, dusty cocoa and vanilla. Finishes slightly burned coffee. Medium body.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear, medium yellow hued body with a moderate sized yet retentive white head. Good lace. Grassy, biscuity and lightly metallic aroma. Possibly a slightly smokey chlorophenol. Malt centric aroma. Grainy light honey. Clean ester wise. Light sulfur. Flavors are a bit tea like, moderate sweetness, a touch of corn, faded marmalade, lightly husky/grainy/DMS. I wish this was drier and crisper preferably with a touch of dry hop (I’m slightly disappointed, I guess hoping for more). Not bad but very generic and sweet. Low body, moderate carbonation, some sulfur. Could be a bit more interesting and dryer without alienating anyone.

On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with minimal head formation. Aromas are of DMTS (green onions), grassy, and tangerine. Low malt, pretty clean. Flavors are bitter, dry, grassy. Light malt character. Very clean. Low carbonation. Bitterness is a bit strong and lasts on the tongue. Not bad for a brand new brewery. I’m looking forward to trying more beers from these guys despite the low number.
