Taiwan Head Brewers Brewing Company was found in 2015 by three beer geeks who had been extremely passionate about brewing and sharing great beers. We dedicate our beer to our beautiful homeland – Formosa, Taiwan. From the beginning, we have been proudly to create outstanding, unique beers with locally grown ingredients, creativity, love, and passion. Since establishment, we have participated and won global beer awards in US, UK, Germany, Japan, Australia and Singapore, especially our beautiful crafts “Rain Water”-2016 World Beer Award (WBA) World Best Experimental Beer, and “Start of Autumn”-2017 World Beer Award (WBA) World Best Flavoured Herb & Spice, and 2018 World Beer Cup, American (WBC) Herb and Spice Beer Bronze.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A murky dark golden beer, no head. Aroma is juicy and spicy, lime, grapefruit and zest. Taste is quite juicy, lime, mild tart fruits, grapefruit and zest, nice!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy bright orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart orange fruits, tropical fruits, zest, lactose. Taste of orange juice, tropical fruits, mild sourness. Easy to drink!

Many thank to Vincent for sharing! Mild smooth fruity mulberry. Very fruity with not too much sourness. Easy to drink, round and refreshing with a fantastic fruitiness, but I muss the sourness a bit. Easy to drink, fruity and slightly sour in the back. Nice.

Many thanks to Vincent fror sharing this. Fruity nose. The beer starts fruity. Slightly fruity, sour with a fantastic round tropical aroma. Smooth, mild, fruity but not too sour. Round and interesting. Sour fruity ending.

Many thanks to Vincent for bringing this bottle! Great Orange-Mandarina nose. The beer starts soft and fruity juicy. The flavour is a bit low, the citrussy is high but the flavour in total is a bit flat. Not much sour, fruity-refreshing with a smooth soft sour ending. Round and fruity with lots of refreshing oranges.

Many thanks to Vincent for bringing this bottle. Fruity orange nose. The beer starts fantastic fruity with a smooth sourness. Fresh nice oranges, round and dry. Very well balanced, refreshing and deep sour. Fantastic fruity.

A reddish brown ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, dark fruits, light plums, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light acidity, light ground cherry, pleasant if lightly oxidized. Bottle at Beer Bee.

33 cl bottle from Zhenchang Beer Supermarket, cost was NT$115. Sampled on October 6, 2017.Fairly clear copper to amber color, off-white head. Sweet, herbal, biscuit, alcohol taste. Metallic, bitter, sweet aftertaste. No smoke really, not even when looking for it. Plenty of alcohol though. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium high harsh bitterness. Sweet, alcohol scent. No smoke.
