330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big plum and a little gluey wort. The flavour is strong sweet with a smooth, rich, sugary plum palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way too sweet. Lacks carbonation too. Not even refreshing. Not for me.

330ml bottle from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, boozy alcohol, coffee and light chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a rich, oily, red berry fruit, raisins, cherries, super light mocha, coffee, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Well hidden alcohol considering the ABV. Hardly any burn. It’s a little disappointing that the brewers can’t even decide what this beer is supposed to be be. On the label it says Mocha Imperial Stout, but there is almost no chocolate and on the website it’s described as a Baltic Porter. Maybe the labels were printed before the beer was brewed and they forgot to add the chocolate!
