Tap at Diego pivni bar. Rather classic Czech cider in its simplicity of character, straightforward. Boring, also sweeter than necessary. Rerate at a tasting, bottle. Med-light sweetness, very light acetic acid. Relatively rich aplle character, feeling very natural, quite tasty good. Good one.
