Die Optik zeigt sich sehr trüb und dunkelbernsteinfarben bis leicht kupfer. Die weiße Schaumkrone fällt leider rasch auf wenige Millimeter in sich zusammen. Die Duftaromatik wirkt fast schwer. Süßlich-herb, karamellig und kräuterlastig mit einem leicht fruchtigen Touch von überreifer Orange, Mandarine oder Pomelo. Der Antrunk kommt angenehm spritzig und breit karamellig und fruchtig, aber auch deutlich herb. Am Gaumen dominieren vor allem die herben Hopfennoten, welche aber auch die karamellig-malzigen, sowie die reiffruchtigen Noten (v.a. Orange und Mandarine) zulassen. So entsteht ein durchaus voller Körper mit vielfältiger Aromatik. Auch wenn die Hopfenherbe vielleicht etwas zu ausgeprägt erscheint, darf und muss man von einem guten Bier reden. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind durchaus gut - dieses Bier macht Spaß! Im Nachtrunk wirkt die Malzaromatik gut nach. Das Grande Finale macht selbstverständlich eine fruchtige Herbe, welche letztendlich in eine grasige bis kräuterartige, leicht trockene Herbe mündet.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, nutty, some spruce and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is somewhat sour rosehip, some tealeafs and mild hibiscus tea as well. Nicely dry palate, but still sweet enough to make it highly enjoyable and refreshing.

A slightly hazy and golden beer, a head is small and white. Aroma has has fruitness, grapefruit, some chalk. Taste has grapefrit and chalk. Medium bodied. This is disappointment.

A murky and light yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, fruitness of citrus, some spicyness. Taste has wheat, fruitness of citrus and banana. Medium bodied. Good beer, that's it.

Draught@Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Deep ambery red coclur with a small head. Aroma is yoghurt, blueberries and some tart wooden tones. Flavour is blueberries, some tart wooden tones with mild acidity a well.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some chocolate and roasted tones. Flavour is following the same pattern, but the booziness is rather strong in this one.

Bottled. Black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is toasted, some vanilla and quite Jack Daniels like wooden tones. Flavour is roasted/toadted with some burnt wooden tones, alcohol, Jack Daniels with some slight vanilla and toffee tones. Alcohol pushes through rather well... but still a nice one.

Draught@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grapefruits, some herbal, grassy and mild oaty tones with citrus and mild sweet bready malts. Flavour is resin, pine, fruity, grapefruity, citrus and some sweet malty tones as well. Quite bitter for being a NEIPA, but apart from the strong bitterness, quite a good one. And in all honesty, the bitterness is what makes this very drinkable...
