Swing-top bottle 0.75cl. present from friends bought at the source. Hazy pale golden colour, with sediments colour like unfiltered apple juice, small fizzy off-white head, vanishes very quickly, no lacing. Aroma sweet malts, overripe apples, herbs, dough, hint of tart, retronasal perfume-like impression. Taste under medium sweet, light bitterness and even lighter sourness, malty, lemon, dough, herbal, salty notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is light sweet, bitter and more sourish than in taste, interesting and tasty but also quite boorish, okay.

Swing-top bottle 0.75cl. present from friends bought at the source, @home poured into a shaker. Slightly hazy copper colour, good frothy beige head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma toasted malt, cara malt, caramel, biscuit, light overripe apples, earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, biscuit, light overripe apples, grainy notes. Light to medium body, oily texture, sweetbitter aftertaste, light biscuit notes.

Mild smell of malt. Golden colour, smal white head. Aroma of malt, grass, some caramel malt. Pure flavours. Medium bitter, mildly sour. (Backlog from UT, bottle at Arde, 20200904) Deep golden and nearly clear. Medium sized white head that lasted long. Aroma had grass, grain and sweet malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. Nice.
