Almost no head; veiled pale yellow beer. Greenery, grass, faint hint at coriander, pale malts, honey. Spicy flavour, coriander, bit peppery, dried green herbs, good balance. Bit slick, wheatslickness, good carbonation, light body. Decent - best thing is the balance, often overseen in witbier. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Bottle (from Alko web). Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is gingery and some green apple skins with some mild fructose sweetness. Flavour is green apples, some mild gingery and mild dry wooden tones.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours a clear pale gold, good effervescence. Aroma of syrupy sweet prosecco, sweet apple. Flavour profile has a strong prosecco feel helped by a spritzy carbonation, and strong alcohol sweetness.. ok

Bottle from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Blackley. Peach coloured. Plenty of appealing apple, with a small sweetness in both aroma and taste, with a dryness in the latter.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione allegra ed abbondante. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e spezie.

500ml bottle from Morrisons, Shrewsbury. Clear yellow appearance, sparkling. Aroma of 90s perry from the corner shop. Has a cheap white wine feel on initial sip, Lambrini perhaps.. sweetish apple with a dry close. But just can't get Lambrini out of my head unfortunately.
