Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione allegra ed abbondante. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e spezie.

500ml bottle from Morrisons, Shrewsbury. Clear yellow appearance, sparkling. Aroma of 90s perry from the corner shop. Has a cheap white wine feel on initial sip, Lambrini perhaps.. sweetish apple with a dry close. But just can't get Lambrini out of my head unfortunately.

(Bottle) Pale pink colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, nectarines, raspberries, blood orange and flowers. Fruity taste with red apples, raspberries, blood orange, nectarines and herbs. Generous fresh acidity in the finish. Light body, quite sweet. Tasty and refreshing with a balanced acidity and a slight sweetness. Nice one.

0.33 l bottle from 'Meraner Weinhaus'. Slightly sweetish, minimally sourish, gently fruity and a bit musty aroma of overripe apple, vanilla and some pear. Quite sweet, a little sourish, rather fruity, minimally vinous taste of overripe apple, pear and light wood, followed by a short, minimally tart, hardly dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable but too sweet for my liking.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - orange to pink (rose wine colour), steady bubbles. Nose - red apple and pear, apple skin. Taste - apples and pears, again some skin. Palate - light bodied, sweetish middle and finish. Overall - a touch on the sweet side for my palate.
