Bottled (from KCM Kivihaka). Golden colour with a small white head, that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is sweet apples with some mild spciness, wood and mild yeasts. Flavour is sweet apples, some herbal, mild wood and yeast to it. Sweet, but also somewhat dry in the finish.

Bottled (KCM Kivihaka, Vaasa). pinkish golden colour with a small off-white head, that vanishes quickly. Aroma is apples, some mild red berries with mild tartness. Flavour is green apple skins, some ripe red apples, mild berries, some tartness and wooden elements. Somewhat mouthdrying.

500ml bottle from Morrisons Chesterfield. Clear pale yellow colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, sulphur. Taste is sweet apple, core, bready, yeasty with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, tart acidic finish. Quite OK.

5/10/2022. Bottle from La Birreria Italiana - Milano Piero della Francesca. Pours clear very dark red brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of apple, blueberry, stewed apple, jammy fruits, biscuit, red wine, crumble, toffee. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Light drying finish. Really good.
