Bottle. Bier Huis Ossett. Faint haze on a pale gold. Good lacing lasting white foam. Slightly rubbery or maybe metallic on the malt front. Crisp enough spicy hop. Drinks easy overall with light bitterness. Fairly clean. Bitter linger. Ok.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevat e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, biscotto, frutta secca, erbaceo ed agrumi.

Il gusto al naso rimanda all'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cracker, fieno bagnato e frutta secca.

Al naso l'aroma rimanda all'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, pane tostato, agrumi, arancia ed erbe aromatiche.

Light gold pour, brief white fizzy head. Aroma is very floral blossom, apple peel, slight funk. Taste is sweet, apple peel, sugar. Heavily carbonated, quite smooth. Nice sweet cider.

Bottle from Morrisons, Sheldon, Birmingham. Clear light salmon colour, brief fizzy head, some circular bubbles. Aroma of fragrent pink fruity apples, quite sweet, some orchard notes. Taste is fruity and fragrent, not too sweet, some apple skins, Light to medium bodied, slight syrupiness on the mouthfeel. Almost a prosseco carbonation but works well here. Best example of the Rose cider style I have tried to date.
