Tap in Zum Goldenen Schwan. Golden colour, hazy, rocky head that does not stay long. Aroma is malt, some herbal hops. Light bitterness. Leaves more malty than a hoppy aftertaste. Light body, soft carbonation, easy to drink. Boring.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear golden beer with a small white ring. Aroma of straw, mild sweet malt, some grains. Taste of straw and grains, moderate sweet malt, some dms, mild bitter finish.

Swing-top bottle from the brewpub. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, wheaty-spicy, sweetish. Could show more hoppy notes. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Not bad.
