Bottled (from Alko, Keskusta). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, spices, some slight acidic wooden notes as well as maltiness. Flavour is being rather much the same along with some citrus and with the acidic notes also having a tart edge to it. Very homebrewlike and not the most balanced brew out there. Quite crisp carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 15/10/2016. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, some coffee, Belgian yeast, spices and malts. Very good Finnish Belgian ale. Tasty.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 14/10/2016, 20160204) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, perfume, spiciness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, floralness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy, mildly tart and bitter. A nice brew with Belgian twist.

A golden beer, a head is blond and medium. Aroma has fruitness, some lemon and sourness, also mild spicyness. Taste is fruitful, some lemon, low sourness, some herbs in the end. Medium bodied, slightly sparkling carbonation. Good and refreshning beer. Could be imagined that this beer is from Belgium.

33cl bottle. Bbe 14/10/2016. Pours hazy orange/golden with a thin white head. Fruity esters, Belgian yeast, orange peel in aroma. Quite delicate aroma. Flavor has banana, yeast, orange, floral notes. Flavor reminds me of a weizen bock but the aroma is more that of a Belgian ale. Interesting.

Bottle 0.33l at Mullikka, Helsinki. BBE 18/10/2018. Colour is almost black with very small white head. Aromas and flavours: Coffee, chocolate, harshness and roasted malts. Nice body but needs softness. Best beer from Mathildedal so far.

(Bottle, 0.33l, at Mullikka, 20160129) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had dark chocolate, creamy coffee and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, creaminess, coffee, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts and bitterness. A nice but beacuse of the shop ABV limit too thin brew.

A colablack beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has coffee, liquirice and some breadyness, hint of chocolate, also some lemony fruitness. Taste has coffee and some liquirice, after the beginning there are also some bitterness and citrusfruits. Quite light bodied. Good beer, the uncommon hoppyness is inspirating.

[ As Mathildedalin Mathilda ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, flowers, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, sweet malt, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. BBE 02.03.16 - Pours clear golden orange with a small head. Aroma of earthy notes, malts, caramel, toffee, gooseberries and hints of hay. Taste is crisp, grassy and slightly citrusy with some hay, gooseberries and earthy notes. Finish is crisp, sweetish and earthy with some grass and citrus. Okay, quite crisp and refreshing.
