ABV: (4.0)%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, yellow apples, flour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apples, yellow apples, pear notes, vanilla notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20200718]

12/7/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel! Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, touch herb and very slight funky notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Crisp and lingering tart finish. Better than many German ciders I’ve had.

12/7/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel! Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples, touch of caramel, rubber and very slight funky notes. Medium plus sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Sweet finish. It’s ok.

Pica Pica Cider Apfel Birne, Fläschchen aus Lokaltausch mit Erzengel. - Blaßgelb, blank. - In der Nase milde herb-holzige alte Apfelsorten, zarte Birne, erdige Säure, ein Hauch von Kuhstall. – Im Geschmack alte Apfelsorten und zu deutliche Süße, mehr Zucker als Birne, milde Noten von Keller, Erde und Holz, mehr süß als sauer. Spritzig karbonisiert, schlank. Im Abgang immer noch süß, jetzt auch mit Birne, nur zart kellerig. - Angenehm wiewohl deutlich zu süß. Schönes Etikett! (2.7.2020.)

275mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap. Many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @home, 02/05/2020. [#3.370 Global - #311 Germany - #1 Pica Pica] Pale golden colour with a minimal white head. Poor retention. Aroma is green apples and pear. Taste is the same leading to a medium sweet finish. Next one please!

Pica Pica Cider Apfel, Fläschchen aus Lokaltausch mit Erzengel. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase herb-holzige alte Apfelsorten, erdige Säure, ein Hauch von Kuhstall. - Im Geschmack alte Apfelsorten, etwas weinig mit Noten von Keller, Erde und Holz, dabei rund süßsauer mit mehr Süße als Säure. Spritzig karbonisiert, schlank. Im Abgang mild kellerig-muffig. - Angenehm aber für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu süß. (24.4.2020.)
