Canned 330ml. -from Ipertosano Pradamano (Udine). Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, herbal and light earthy nose. Herbal, earthy, grassy, notes of chamomile tea and dry bitterish finish. Seems not so fresh despite BBE date 08/2027.

Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia, mango e frutta tropicale.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di pastry. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è inesistente. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, frutta secca, agrumi, pastry ed erbe aromatiche.

Il liquido si presenta nuvoloso. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è leggero e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è acidulo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di zuccherino, miele, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, arancia rossa, lampone, mirtillo e sour.
