0,33 l can. Pours deep yellow with small, almost immediately dissipating white head. Aroma of malt, cereal, slightly stale. Not much more. Flavor of orange peal at first and then spices, mainly coriander hit. Finish is quite long, spices, orange peal and for me rather unpleasant bitterness. Not my thing.

Can at Beer knir. A bit oxidated, caramelly. Otherwise thin body, med-low carbo. Med bitterness, med-light sweetness. Not much hops goodness, light grassy, generally fruity. Malt in the background. A clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart stone fruits, citra, lemon. Taste of sour lime, grapefruit, stone fruits, refreshing.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, papaya, mango, gentle acidic impression, more fruity, some grape juice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very fruity, juicy, some mango, a bit sweet, gentle acidity, orange peel. Aftertaste: nice, juicy, tropical fruits, pineapple. Pleasant beer!

Une bière à base de marc de raisin Moscat le tout est rehaussé par un apport exotique qui met de suite en avant des notes d'ananas et de fruits de la passion - cela procure une fine acidité et je peine un peu à voir l'apport exact de ce côté Catharina Sour - si ce n'est le volet tropical.

330 ml can. Pours a dark copper color with light head. Aromas of toffee, oak, grape must, alcohol and toasted malts. Flavors of same with oak and alcohol leading. Boozy and off balance.

Shared 330ml can with Bob, my house on 10th June 2025, tha can being a gift from a friend. Black body, tanned topping. Pleasant bitter IPA, in fact one of the best BIPA I've had so far (not many to be honest).
